Oh, well to get the voice help you need to purchase the Audio based tutoring Package. I am a chat expert and is allowed to teach students via chat. Shall we proceed to chat tutoring.

I understand your concern, however as I am a chat expert I don’t have access to provide the audio support. I will try to be more explanatory as I can in the whiteboard and I am sure you will love the chat session.
